There are many problems in Russia, but the most difficult of them are roads. In capital city called Moscow the roads are mostly in good condition, but in other small towns and villages the roads are terrible. Because of these roads Russians have many heavy duty cars which can drive everywhere. Also, these cars are very cheap. Each of them cost around $5.000 dollars, so most people can buy them.

Very funny picture, Anton, however it does show the reality. Looks like the man on the picture should have driven a tank. Otherwise, he might sink down in this mud pool.
You would agree with me, Anton, that the tanks are the most suitable cars for the road conditions such as in Russia and the Ukraine. It’s just no other car would last more than a year in those conditions. JEEPs are also very popular there because of their military usage history. In fact, all SUVs in all post USSR countries are called JEEPs, doesn’t matter what brad they really are.
